Innovation with consistency and responsibility
As we look for an adequate line of action in a certain case, we are always careful in examining various possibilities, both the traditional and the more innovative ones, with the intent to offer our clients a solution that is legally solid, responsible and more efficient. We were the first law office in Brazil to obtain the homologation of voluntary handover based on the new Immigration Law, which offers this possibility instead of an extradition proceeding, a more morose and complicated option.
